In Kalifornien verlangt eine neue Arbeitsschutzrichtlinie den Gebrauch von „Personal Protective Equipment“ bei Dreharbeiten für Pornofilme. Momentan im Entwurf, aber bereits von der Branche heiß diskutiert, wird Section 5193.1 (d) (4) (F) 6.:

Barrier protection for the eye, skin, and mucous membranes. The employer shall not permit ejaculation onto the employee’s eyes, non-intact skin, mouth or other mucous membranes.

Sollte diese Richtlinie in Kraft treten, dann wird nur noch mit Schutzbrille gedreht.
